Our selection process
Screening
We carefully screen all applications to understand if we could match
1st interview
In a first interview we get to know each other to better understand what motivates you, what would you like to learn, which are your future plans.
2nd interview
In a second interview, we dive deeper in the role and your task and responsibilities.

Feedback
Within 24h after the interview you will hear from us whether we are thrilled to have you on board.
