Dr. Nicolas Stephan
As a doctor of medicine, he was enthusiastically "coached" through the business world and experienced the value that individual coaching generated for his further development.
After studying medicine at LMU Munich, Imperial College and Harvard, he became increasingly interested in business.
At Bain & Company, he was a top management consultant for over seven years and completed his MBA at Insead..
In 2015, he founded sennder GmbH (German Unicorn).
An avid marathon runner and family man, he cultivates his passion for mental and physical health every day.
Jakob Hansen
Coming from a coach family, he is naturally enthusiastic about advancement - personally and professionally.
His professional career reflects this. After studying economics at the University of Mannheim, he moved to UC Berkeley, UC San Diego and ESCP Europe.
Seeking challenges, he then worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company for over five years.
In his free time, Jakob enjoys trying out new sports, and is currently trying his hand at kitesurfing.
